Item quod Bettus Andree olim de Gherardinis et hodie de Piovaneschis,(1) qui, ut dicebatur, tenet unam domum que fuit Iacobi ser Nofrii, de reformationibus non gravetur ipse Bettus vel dicta domus pro prestantiis vel aliis debitis dicti Iacobi vel dicti ser Nofrii, quia ipse Bettus emit dictam domum ab uxore dicti Iacobi et non a dicto Iacobo et sic ostendit quod dicta domus numquam fuit obligata pro dictis debitis etc.
