Item intellecto qualiter Laurentius Guidonis de Gangalandi et socius fornaciarii debitores sunt dicte Opere pro denariis mutuo a dicta Opera acquisitis super conducta et restituere debent quolibet mense certam partem mutui non dando calcinam, et qualiter per eos non stat calcinam tradere sed difficile est eisdem pecunias persolvere, deliberaverunt quod predicti Laurentius et socius non graventur pro solutione et restitutione predicta sed differantur usquequo Opera indigebit calcina et tunc calcinam tradant; et pignus restituatur eisdem solvendo nuntio pro labore.
