Item quod per me notarium infrascriptum(1) notificetur camerario prestantiarum quod a solventibus prestantias cum aliqua gratia exigat pro dicta Opera denarios sex pro libra vere sortis secundum ordinamenta, presentibus testibus quod post notificationem predictam intelligatur debitor dicte Opere in quantitate debita Opere qua sua culpa non recepit et ad sic solvendum possit et debeat personaliter et realiter conveniri.
