Item deliberaverunt quod Benedictus Marci textor vellutorum debitor dicte Opere pro eius prestantiis in libris XIII(1) vel circa possit et teneatur de ipsa quantitate quolibet mense ex proxime futuris solvere soldos XX, et sic observando ulterius non gravetur; et in quocumque termino defecerit, gravari possit pro quantitate restante, satisdando etc.; et interim non prestita satisdatione gravari possit.
