Item quod Donatus Bernabe debitor dicte Opere pro prestantiis in libris quinque vel circa, pro quibus alias terminum habuit et satisdedit et non solvit, intelligantur ad ipsum terminum restitutus et sic observare possit prout primo, non obstante defectu et firma tamen stante fideiussione per eum prestita; et sibi restituatur pignus propterea pignoratum.
