Item deliberaverunt ut supra quod //conductores calcine Opere non servans(1) inmictendo ad Operam calcinam qualitatis et quantitatis debite per eos secundum formam eorum conductarum cogatur(2) ad restitutionem dicte Opere illud plus quod costaret dicte Opere quantitas(3) in qua deficerent vel alter eorum et quam Opera suppleret et sic sumptibus cuiuslibet deficientis emi possit per provisorem et caputmagistrum licite et inpune usque in quantitatem sui defectus, cuilibet tamen deficienti primo notificato.(4)
