Item intellecto qualiter dominus Amerigus de Medicis prepositus dicte ecclesie nondum solvit taxam domus habitationis olim domini Benozi eidem pro sua habitatione iam tribus mensibus adsignata deliberaverunt quod dicta domus sibi adsignata ut prefertur intelligatur et sit ex nunc revocata et amota et alteri post eum primo ius habenti concessa pro habitatione, si et in quantum per totum presentem mensem martii non solvat taxam pro ipsa domo hactenus ordinatam et deliberatam.
