Item intellecto quod quamplures descripti sunt dicte Opere debitores pro gratiis prestantiarum receptis pro eo dumtaxat quia tempore quo imposite fuerunt certe prestantie fuit apposita condictio quod qui non solveret in terminis ordinatis solveret integram quantitatem ad perdendum, intelligendo de partitis unius floreni vel minoris quantitatis, et post dictam penam incursam de tota quantitate solvenda reducti fuerunt ad benefitium solitum solvendi tertiam partem ad perdendum, et quod hii pauperes sunt egeni et etiam aliis iustis causis ut asseruerunt deliberaverunt quod debitores talis condictionis et qualitatis non graventur pro gratia tali recepta nisi in contrarium vel aliter deliberaretur, et quod gravatis propterea pignora restituantur, solvendo exactoribus de medietate debiti et laboris eorumdem.
