Item intellecto qualiter quamplures sunt debitores novarum gabellarum qui dicte Opere solvere recusant id quod debent et propterea bapnitum fuit pro parte Dominorum quod solvere deberent infra terminum iam elapsum, alias in libro speculorum describi deberent, et nicchilominus aliqui ad solvendum non accedunt, deliberaverunt quod ipsi debitores qui in dicto libro secundum ordinamenta describi possunt, tradantur in scriptis notarii dicti speculi ut ipsos in ipsis libris describere possit.
