Item intellecta paupertate Iohannis Bartholomey Niccoli debitoris dicte Opere pro prestantiis novarum gabellarum in florenis ...(1) vel circa deliberaverunt quod ipse Iohannes de ipsa quantitate possit et sibi liceat quibuslibet duobus mensibus proxime futuris solvere libras tres f.p. usque ad integram solutionem totius dicte quantitatis et sic solvendo ulterius non gravetur; et in quocumque termino defecerit solutionem, gravari possit pro integra quantitate restante; et de observando predicta debeat ydonee satisdare, videlicet quolibet bimestre de observando solutionem ipsius bimestris et non aliter.
