Item quod fiat preceptum domino Bernardo de Spinis quod infra otto dies proxime futuros debeat eligisse domum in qua intendit stare et habitare pro eius habitatione, an in domo in qua ad presens habitat, an in domo Iohannis Ghuiglielmi de Cortigianis et,(1) facta electione predicta, consignaverunt aliam domino Iacobo priori Sancti Michaelis Bertelde pro eius habitatione(2) cum tassis ordinatis et in(3) casu quo nullam electionem fecerit tunc quod prefati operarii(4) teneantur consignare dicto domino Iacobo illam que sibi domino Iacobo magis placuerit.
