Item deliberaverunt quod de gravamentis que fient ad instantiam Opere mandato Bastiani Buoni debitoribus Opere (nec) per eorum offitium nec per aliquos ministros Opere possit aliqua gratia prefatis debitoribus fieri, nisi primo solvatur dicto Bastiano eius dirictura denariorum decem otto pro qualibet libra debiti ad quod prefati debitores tenerentur, et non [aliter; et](1) hoc in quantum prefata gravamenta fiant secundum eorum partitum et voluntatem.
