Item statuerunt terminum Tomaxio Iohannis del Palagio et suis fratribus debitoribus Opere in florenis auri triginta septem vel circa, prout apparet in libro speculi giallo a c. 179, pro gratiis eorum prestantiarum ad solvendum prefate Opere florenos auri duos quolibet semestri incipiendo die primo iunii 1434(1) ad integram satisfactionem eius quod dare tenerentur dicte Opere, cum hoc salvo et excepto, quod si infra sex menses proxime futuros clare ostendiderint non teneri in tanta quantitate, quod tunc et eo casu predictus terminus non intelligatur de ea quantitate de qua ostenderent non teneri, sed actetur penes partitam dicti debiti.
