Item quod notarii dicti Operis, tam notarius Operis et operariorum quam notarius super testamentis, possint ac etiam teneantur et debeant pro eorum labore et mercede in solutionibus eis fiendis observare ordinamenta alias per operarios dicti Operis facta, excepto quod notarius Operis pro restitutione pignorum nichil possit accipere etc.; et quod notarius testamentorum possit eligere nuntios et exactores e sibi faciat litteras ac etiam mictat ad introitum cum camerario et registret omnes solutiones fiendas pro dictis testamentis et scribat omnes deliberationes fiendas per operarios pro factis testamentorum etc.
