Item quod Sander Micaelis Gerii debitor Operis pro prestantiis ad excomputandum in novis gabellis solvit et solvere possit ac etiam teneatur et debeat quolibet mense de mensibus proxime futuris soldos decem f.p. usque ad integram satisfactionem totius eius quod solvere debet dicto Operi, et sic solvendo non gravetur; deficiente in altera dictarum solutionum aliquo dictorum terminorum gravari possit pro tota summa quam tunc solvere restaret etc.
