Item audito qualiter nonnulli //qui hactenus solvere tenebant dicte Opere gabellas bonorum et prestantias ad excomputandum in eisdem solverunt gabellam bonorum et non prestantias et partim solverunt prestantias et non gabellam, deliberaverunt quod omnibus et singulis qui aliquid ex ipsis oneribus solvit et seu solvet in futurum possit excomputari(1) quantitas soluta(2) cum quantitate solvenda pro quacumque ex dictis gravedinibus licite et impune, ita et taliter quod effectus sequatur quod pro illo ex dictis oneribus pro quo maior quantitas dicto Operi debebatur solutio fiat et fieri debeat; et sic per me(3) et quemcumque notarium dictorum operariorum possit scribi et actari ubi fuerit expediens licite et inpune.
