Item quod fundus seu androne cuiusdam domus dicte Opere in quo stabat armadura tribunette locetur et locatus intelligatur cuicumque(1) conducere volenti pro pretio florenorum decem auri quolibet anno quousque durat tempus locationis domus et orti, dummodo primo requiratur si ipsum androne conducere vult Laurentius Francisci Vannis mercator; et si volet, pro eo pretio sibi et non alteri locetur; et si non, alteri cuicumque pro pretio predicto concedatur.
