Item quod ser Laurentius ser Tomasii de Gambasso notarius florentinus teneatur et debeat producere, dimictere et relapsare dictis operariis omnes extractus testamentorum habitos a gabellis et extractum per eum factum sua manu de debitoribus dicte Opere occasione testamentorum infra otto dies proxime futuros sub pena librarum centum f.p. eidem aufferenda et dicte Opere applicanda et sic fiat ei mandatum pro eorum parte.
