Item intellecto qualiter plura fadia sunt in silva Opere parva que crescunt et cotidia multitudo in ipsa nascuntur et propter eorum umbram quamplura(1) lignamina abietis destruuntur et non crescunt, quod quidem in maximum dicte Opere dapnum cedit, volentes in predictis providere prout utile fore crediderunt, deliberaverunt de cetero Pierus Alboninii custos dicte silva(2) ipsa ligna //fadii teneatur et debeat(3) intaccare ita et taliter quod non crescant sed siccentur, destruantur et postea cadant; et in compensationem sui laboris ab Opera predicta ultra salarium sibi pro custodia concessum habeat et habere debeat ab ipsa Opera anno quolibet libras quinque, sub pena cassationis a dicto eius exercitio.
