Operarii Opere supradicti invicem in loco eorum audentie more solito in sufficienti numero congregati premisso et facto inter eos solepni et secreto scruptinio et obtento partito ad fabas nigras et albas secundum ordinamenta statuerunt terminum hinc ad unum mensem proxime futurum duraturum Communi Carmignani debitori dicte Opere pro(1) tertia et quarta pagis gratie 4 annorum in libris ...(2) ad solvendum ipsam quantitatem; nec interim possit modo aliquo molestari, firma tamen stante fideiussione hactenus prestita.
