Item(2) quod Communia de Potestaria Subbiani debitricia dicte Opere pro gabella macinati secundi et tertii anni in certis quantitatis teneantur et debeant coram ipsis operariis comparere hinc ad per medium mensem novembris proxime futuri cum sufficienti mandato promictendi, fideiubendi et paciscendi de quantitate predictis persolvendis, terminis et temporibus et prout et sicut fuerit per eorum officium deliberatum.
