Operarii Opere supradicte invicem ut supra more solito in sufficienti numero congregati numero quinque servatis servandis secundum ordinamenta deliberaverunt quod pro eorum parte scribatur lictera Capitaneo civitatis Cortone continens quod liberet Iohannem Tomasii de Cortona a precepto sibi facto per ipsum Capitanum ad instantiam dicti officii, quod compareat coram eis et eius loco filium transmictat.
