Item intellecto qualiter scolares Studii florentini pro honorantia festi Sancti Zenobii de presenti mense offerre vellent ad ecclesiam Sancte Marie del Fiore predicte et asserunt secundum ordinamenta eorum universitatis pro dicta oblatione dimictere non posse dicte Opere nisi tertiam partem dicte cere et nisi eis sic concederetur oblationem aliquam facere non possent, et volentes quod utile pro dicta Opera esse crediderunt providere, deliberaverunt quod provisor dicte Opere una mecum(1) possimus cum ipsis scolaribus pacisci pro oblatione predicta pro medietate si fieri poterit vel saltim pro tertia parte dicte Opere dimictenda.
