Item intellecto qualiter nuper plura fodera lignaminum dicte Opere propter fluminis impeditum deperdita dicuntur, et quod si perquirerentur inveniri possent, deliberaverunt quod scribatur lictera potestatibus quibus fuerit opportunum continens quod bapniri faciant per loca solita eorum potestarie quod quicumque de(1) ipsis lignaminibus haberet vel sciret penes quem forent infra terminum per eos adsignandum consignare debeat vel docere, alias pro furto punietur.
