Item prefati operarii(2) dederunt baliam et auctoritatem Bernardo Amerigi provisori dicte Opere ad componendum et paciscendum et locandum Nanni Pieri detto il Rugia pondera que in futurum trahi debent super maiori cupola de colla cum duobus bobis, solum et dumtaxat(3) usque in summam soldorum quadraginta f.p. pro quolibet die quo traheret pondera super dicta cupola et non ad maiorem rationem et summam; et predicta sic observando quod per ipsum provisorem fuerit factum intelligatur factum per totum eorum offitium.
