Item deliberaverunt quod notarius dicte Opere teneatur et debeat immarginare Andream Salvini de Legoli(1) scriptum in debitorem prefate Opere pro gabella bestiarum mandrialium pro bestiis quadraginta grossis, prout apparet in secundo libro mandrialium a c. 187, quod deinceps pro dicta quantitate non possit vel debeat gravari vel molestari in here et persona nec aliqua alia persona ocaxione predicta(2) occaxione pactorum initorum inter Commune Florentie et Commune Legolis, per qua pacta apparet dictum Commune Legolis pro decennio fuisse exemptum et immune ab omnibus gabellis, oneribus et factionibus Communis Florentie quod tempus decennii durabat tunc quando dicta gabella fuit indicta.
