Item deliberaverunt quod precipiatur eorum parte Silvestro Dominici vocato Restaccio fornaciario ad Fallas quod deinceps non possit mictere in Opera de calce sue locationis quomodo usque nunc misit calcem sassosam contra formam locationis seu conductionis sue et quod eius fideiussor gravetur ad restituendum Opere illam quantitatem pecune quam restat dare Opere de mutuo sibi facto, et hec si et in quantum non mutaret modum et formam suam, videlicet de mictendo ad Operam bonam calcem prout tenetur secundum formam sue conducte.
