Prefati operarii servatis servandis statuerunt terminum Communi Castilionis Aretini debitori Opere in florenis auri centum ad solvendum dicte Opere dictam quantitatem per totum mensem februarii proxime futuri, et hec si et in quantum per totum presentem mensem dictum Commune posuerit datium seu gabellam de solvendo dicto tempore dictam quantitatem et fecerint cam(erariatum) ad predicta, alias dictus terminus sit nullus et nullius valoris et momenti.
