Item deliberaverunt quod scribatur littera Potestati Decomani quod cum omni diligentia perscructetur de nominibus illorum qui inciserunt certos abetellos parvos in silva Opere et ipsis inventis precipiat eis quatenus visis presentibus compareant coram eis parituris eorum mandatis, ac etiam in die solempni(1) per suum nuntium banniri faciat quod si quis deinceps audeat vel presumat incidere seu incidi facere in silva Opere aliquos abetellos solvet pro quolibet eorum libras decem applicandas prefate Opere.
