Prefati operarii servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod provisor et caputmagister prefate Opere sine eorum preiudicio et dampno possint,(1) teneantur et debeant fieri facere domino Dino de Pecoris canonico florentino unum studium in domo sue habitationis in quo expendatur et expendi possit usque in summam et quantitatem florenorum auri quattuordecim, cum hoc quod prefatus dominus Dinus teneatur suis expensis et de sua pecunia illud quod plus costaret solvere et expendere et sic promictere teneatur prefatus dominus Dinus, et hec presente dicto domino Dino et predicta ratificante et sic facere promictente.
