Item prefati operarii considerantes sepe sepius accidere quamplurimos homines et personas esse gravatos ad instantiam prefate Opere et propter inhabitatem ipsorum non posse solvere et quod ipsi morantur(1) pluribus ad expectandum quod offitium ipsorum congregetur propter quod patiuntur quamplurima dampna, idcirco volentes predictos providere, deliberaverunt quod prepositus dicti eorum offitii pro tempore existens una cum uno suo socio possit quibuscumque debitoribus Opere statuere terminum ad solvendum, prout eis videbitur et placebit fideiubendo tamen.
