Item prefati operarii deliberaverunt quod conductores marmoris albi prefate Opere teneantur conducere temporibus ordinatis in eorum conductionibus ad prefatam Operam illam quantitatem marmoris chavatam ad presens in chava marmoris et nondum conductam ad Operam, et ultra dictam quantitatem cavatam et nondum(1) conductam nulla quantitas marmoris pro crestis cupole cavari de novo possit et si chavarent non possint conducere ad Operam et acceptari non possit per ministros et gubernatores dicte Opere sub pena capsationis dicti offitii et intelligantur ipso facto a dicto eorum offitio capsi et dictum marmor ipso facto de Opera eici debeat, et hoc nisi si et in quantum de novo fieret per partitum ipsorum operariorum et non aliter.
