Prefati operarii servatis solempnitatibus(1) requisitis commiserunt Iohanni Lapi de Niccolinis eorum college de emendo ab Arte Lane bronzum seu metallum quod superhabundavit prefate Arti de laborerio figure Sancti Stefani facte per dictam Artem, pro eo pretio quod videbitur eidem fore utilius Opere prefate, pro fieri et construi faciendo capsam in qua debent reponi et conservari reliquie gloriosi Sancti Zenobii olim episcopi florentini; et quicquid circa predicta fecerit intelligatur et sit factum per eorum offitium, et pretium dicti bronzi ex nunc prout ex tunc intelligatur et sit stantiatum per eorum offitium.
