Prefati operarii existentes collegialiter congregati et cohadunati in loco eorum residentie pro factis dicte Opere utiliter peragendis(1) servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod Iacobus Sandri magister Opere ad omnem requisitionem comsulum Maris possit ire quo dicti comsules voluerint ad serviendum et operandum pro dicto offitio; et postea possit sine alio partito et deliberatione reverti ad laborandum in Opera super laborerio Opere pro salario facto et fiendo de tempore in tempus per eorum offitium.

Item deliberaverunt quod provisor Opere possit sine suo preiudicio et dampno comodare eidem Iacobo pro comoditate dictorum comsulum duos carriculonos; et scribere teneatur debitor ipsorum illum cui dictus provisor dari faciet dictos carriculonos.
