Prefati operarii existentes collegialiter congregati in loco eorum residentie pro factis dicte Opere utiliter peragendis servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod provisor et notarius dicte Opere teneantur et debeant quam citius eis erit possibile examinare cum illis exactoribus intelligentibus et aliis personis per eos elegendis omnes et singulos debitores Opere et ipsis sic examinatis fieri facere preceptum de solvendo Opere illud debitum ad quod dicte Opere tenerentur et infra terminum unius mensis,(1) alias ad speculum mictentur prout tenentur et obligati sunt, secundum formam deliberationis facte per Dominos et collegia per viginti otto fabas nigras.
