Prefati operarii existentes collegialiter congregati in loco eorum residentie pro factis dicte Opere utiliter peragendis servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod provisor Opere de lignamine Opere comodare teneatur societati Sancti Spiritus illa ligna quibus dicta societas indigeret pro festo dicte societatis, et hoc si et in quantum Mattias de Ciariis fideubeat de restituendo ea in Opera illesa et de conservando Operam indempnem occaxione dicti comodatus.
