Item prefati operarii congregati ut supra deliberaverunt quod scribatur una littera vicario Sancti Miniatis quod visis presentibus precipi faciat Nanni Chacciati, Checho Mei, Pero planulario et ser Amselmo omnibus de Sancto Miniate quod infra tres dies proxime futuros compareant coram eorum offitio ad parendum eorum mandatis, et hoc in quantum infra octavam diem proxime futuram dictum Commune non solverit, et in isto interim ser Antonio Gherardi precipiatur quod non recedat de civitate Florentie sine eorum licentia.(1)
