Item quod scribatur ...(1) qui recipit marmorem Operis Pisis quod non vendat de dicto marmore sub pena librarum centum f.p. pro qualibet vice in quam penam ex tunc in casu quo ipse venderet condempnaverunt etc. et quod non scribunt predicta Capitaneo Pisarum ut non habeat aliquam expensam de predictis, sed si audirent quod venderet in futurum, ipsi de expensa sua non curarent etc.
