Operarii suprascripti insimul ut et ubi supra congregati, absente tamen dicto Iohanne(1) eorum collega, causa, modo et forma suprascriptis deliberaverunt etc. quod omnes et singuli magistri et alii laborantes ad diem in dicto Opere, qui in presenti yeme laborant et seu laborare intendunt in dicto Opere, teneantur et debeant promictere laborare etiam in dicto Opere in extate proxime futura cum salariis fiendis per tunc operarios dicti Operis, sub pena librarum viginti quinque f.p. pro quolibet eorum qui non laboraret etc.; et de predictis debeant satisdare penes notarium dicti Operis etc.
