Item quod scribatur littera Consilio et Communi Scarperie quod contemtent Iacobum Rigaletti beccarium, qui dicit expendisse causa satisdatione quam fecit pro dicto Communi Scarperie coram nostro officio libras triginta sex vel circa et stetisse captus etc., et(1) Paulum ser Iohannis Mini spetiarium ad Adimaros, qui dicit expendidisse dicta de causa et pro alia fideiussione quam fecit pro dicto Communi libras sex soldos sex et denarios sex, notificando eis quod si non contemtant ipsos dicti operarii facient eis et utrique eorum ius contra dictum Commune Scarperie si et quando requirentur ab eis etc.
