Item quod domina Leonarda filia domine Nentis, que domina Nente obstulit et dedicavit abbatie de Pasignano florenos ducentos auri et habere debebat et hodie debet dicta domina Leonarda granum et vinum et alia in certa quantitate annuatim, non gravetur pro gabella unius poderis de quo habet dictum redditum, quia dictum podere est abbatie et non est dicte domine; sed ad non volendum errare gravetur laborator dicti poderis et cogatur dictus laborator ad solvendum gabellam dicti poderis et ipsam gabellam retineat illi cui debet dare recollectam; non tamen restituatur dicte domine Leonarde pignus sibi propterea acceptum nisi si et in quantum fideiusserit de solvendo id quod rationabiliter solvere debet Operi etc.
