Item quod ser Pierus rector ecclesie Sancti Martini a Terrenzano sive dicta ecclesia Sancti Martini solvat pro gabella poderis scripti sibi pro florenis viginti octo auri solvit pro florenis viginti auri et pro dictis florenis octo auri cancelletur, quia non erat suum dictum podere(1) totum, sed erat in partem Andree ser Landi, que pars Andree ser Landi non ponitur sibi vel ad suum computum, quia supersolvit in prestantiis etc. et pro residuo solvit, ut est scriptum etc.
