Item quod Simon Francisci de Filicaia provisor laborerii fratruum della Doccia possit sibique liceat pro dicto laborerio incidi facere in silva dicti Operis et conduci prout voluerit de lignis dicti Operis usque in sexaginta traina, inter que sint usque in decem novem ligna bracchiorum decem septem pro quolibet eorum, que incidi possit facere in plano Campigne dicti(1) silve, pro pretio tamen quo venduntur in Opere, detracta solum gabella si eis dimictitur a Communi, ita quod, si gabella solvitur, ipsi solvant, si vero non solvitur, ipsi non solvant etc.
