Item intellecto qualiter quamplures cives dicte Opere solvere restant pro gabellis bonorum qui, nisi per modum et viam inferius ascribendo provideretur, deliberaverunt quod bapniatur per publicum preconem Communis Florentie publice per loca publica civitatis Florentie quod quicumque aliquid solvere restat dicte Opere pro gabella predicta debeat ipsi Operi solvisse id quod restat per totum mensem presentem martii, alias describentur in libris speculorum dicti Communis pro quantitate restante; et sic postea tradantur in scriptis notario dictorum speculorum, ut in ipsis libris eos ponat et describat.
