Item intellecto qualiter de ecclesia et loco fratrum Sancte Marie Novelle ab eventu domini Pape et paulo ante de ipso hedifitio destructo ad operam Sancte Marie predicte plura lignamina plurium manerierum et quedam vetera ferramenta portata fuere que ibidem non expediebant pro novo hedifitio et habitatione dicti domini Pape ibidem tunc fienda et nunc facta, que lignamina et ferramenta pretii sunt et valoris; et intellecta extimatione de ipsis facta per Paulum Soldi provisorem et Batistam caputmagistrum qui ipsa omnia extimaverunt fuisse et esse pretii(1) in totum librarum ducentarum ...,(2) ipsam extimationem approbaverunt et confirmaverunt pro quantitate et summa predicta et pro tali extimatione admicti posse et debere ad computum Opere supradicte.
