Item intellecto quod pro perfectione tertie tribunette dicte ecclesie expedit pluribus magistris provideri et continuo ipsi operarii a civibus gravantur de licentia magistris ad ipsum opus deputatis concedenda et minime negare possunt, volentes predictis providere deliberaverunt quod nulli magistro ad ipsum exercitium et magisterium deputato vel deputando licentia aliqua concedi possit nec tales magistri in alio laborerio laborare, nisi precedente deliberatione operariorum predictorum, donec ipsa tribunetta integre completa fuerit atque perfecta.
