Item quod, si et in quantum Antonius Tomasii Mazetti olim custos pignorum dicte Opere non vendiderit rationem pignorum ad suas manus perventorum et solverit totum et quicquid solvere propterea tenetur exactoribus qui ipsa pignoraverunt per totum presentem mensem iulii, ipso mense elapso ipsi exactores ad petitionem dicte Opere possint eum capere et capi facere et in curia cuiusque rectoris civitatis Florentie ad petitionem ipsorum officii ipsum personaliter recommandare.
