Item quod scribatur lictera Potestati Petre Appii continens quod examinet testes inducendos coram eo(2) per procuratorem seu mandatarium plebani plebis Sancti Cassiani in Pennino super certa solutione que asseritur facta pro gabella bonorum dicte plebis per dopnum Iohannem de Monte Maiori Antonio Berti olim exactori dicte Opere in anno 1418, et si copiam petit sibi tradat, et sibi de eius labore faciat satisfieri.
