Item deliberaverunt quod cava fratrum Montis Oliveti que fuit hactenus per dictam Operam conducta pro lapidibus habendis a presenti mense in antea intelligatur renuntiata et dicta conducta finita et alteri cuicumque ipsi fratres ipsam cavam locare possint pro libito voluntatis, cum Opera predicta ipsa cava non indigeat pro presenti.
