Antedicti operarii Opere Sancte Marie del Fiore civitatis Florentie, absente solum Iohanne Silvestri Popoleschi eorum collega, deliberaverunt et deliberando omni modo, via et forma quo et quibus magis et melius potuerunt, eligerunt et nominaverunt Pierum filium olim Franciscii fabrum de populo Sancti Simonis de Florentia in fabrum et pro fabro dicte Opere loco Iohannis Bernabe olim fabro(1) dicte Opere, qui obit die ... presentis mensis, pro illo pretio, salario et mercede pro quolibet die, prout et sicut videbitur et placebit dictis operariis vel duabus partibus ipsorum aut eorum in offitio successorum.
